I love it! I really wish you had been doing this when I got married...my cake after a year in the freezer wasn't any better or worse than the fresh cake at the reception. Your cakes are always so pretty-and more importantly, SO delicious. I need some cake right now, I think. I see you don't deliver outside Utah... :)
