My sister-in-law Annelisa turned 21 in March of 2009 and I wanted to make a special cake for her. After all, 21 is a big year. We didn't have enough people to eat this much cake so the bottom layer is Styrofoam. The letters and cake toppers are sugar cookies. It is a very festive cake. I
This cake looks just like the one above it, but was made for Mary's friend Kim. Unlike the first cake, both the top and the bottom layer of this are made of cake. I decided I like the challenge of making a new cake. While making this cake was easier the second time around, decorating these cookies a second time got a little tedious, and there's a lot of cookies in here. Anyone want to guess how many?
