I scream zombie cake
For Pat's birthday I made this ice cream cake. The inside is vanilla ice cream with toffee pieces. I frosted it with colored cool whip. The eyes are white chocolate truffles. For those of you who don't know, the way to kill a zombie is to shoot it in the head, hence the phrase "frost the head and the body will die."

This cake is perfect for pat....and carol, even though I know you did the dog cake for carol. They're both zombie nerds. I don't know what the game is called that htey play at Angie's house. GOOD JOB!
